Here was your chance to get a primer on how to easily integrate healthier food options into your everyday life. We focused on reading menus with a keen eye, choosing great (and fun!) places to shop and eat, and how to understand what food labels are and are not telling you. Since we focused on quick-but-still-healthy options, we also covered “healthy” snack foods (some are, some aren’t) and the importance of balancing nutrients and ingredients to maximize the positive potential of quality foods.
